All FRESH groomed again. Kimberley Nordic Club is know far and wide in the East Kootenays for good and regular grooming. Almost all trails were done again last night. A big shout out to all the groomers for their great efforts to amke our skiing better every week. Thanks you.

It is a calm and still morning up here at the Nordic Trails. We have lost our sun but the beauty you feel up here just begs to be noticed....and get lost in. It is -10C feeling like -12C with the slight breeze.

We do have snow in our forecast for the afternoon and it has begun. (Snow did arrive overnight for Saturday morning.)

Keep in mind that it often feels colder up the mountain so dressing in layers is a good idea.

Our resident moose has been seen every day this week with no incidents. Thank you for keeping your distance and respecting the wildlife you may be lucky enough to see. No sight of the calf has been reported this week. So if you do see the calf and cow, please let the attendant at the Kiosk know.

The lodge and its special ambiance is warm and ready for use and there will be a fire in the wax hut shortly. Many of the trails were groomed yesterday.
