Caution is required on the rutted ice in morning, especially the downhill runs of K1, K2 & Double Scotch. Upper Cardiac and Defibrillator are treacherous with many rocks exposed. Centenial, Snowbird, Trapline, Spruce & Meadow are safer. Best time to use the trails is afternoon. Watch out for spots of earth showing. Skate conditions are fair after lunch, but waxing is important.
